The Rev. Pierce Leavell, chair of the Leadership Council, announced his resignation at the Council’s August 15th, 2023 meeting. It was accepted by the Council. You can read his letter below.
The Rev. Dr. Samuel Lopez, who has served as co-chair and interim ordination chair since 2022, will serve as interim chair.
